go out and…eating tip: Chiva…
The town of Chiva is a 15-minute drive from Finca Malata. Chiva is known for its beautiful mountainous landscapes and valleys, which you can see in abundance on the way there. Chiva also has a rich history with remains from the Roman Empire and medieval influences reflected in its architecture. The city is also known for its traditional gastronomy, paella, arroz al horno and other Valencian specialties. El Castillo de Chiva, located on top of the hill, offers panoramic views of the area. It dates back to the 11th century and was originally built by the Moors. Nice for a nice walk with a beautiful view
Tip for eating: Arroceria Las Bairetas – here the rice dishes are made on an open fire with orange tree wood. If you just ask, you can take a look at this very special and authentic kitchen.
