We wish you a warm welcome to Finca Malata and we request that you familiarize yourself with the internal regulations and the General Terms and Conditions..

Finca Malata wants to be a place where you can relax, which is why we have a few house rules that we impose on all our guests.

• Finca Malata is an adults-only place.
• It is quiet between midnight and 7.00h, our guests respect everyone’s sleep.

Not allowed in all rooms of Finca Malata:

• Parties, gatherings and loud music.
• All our rooms are non-smoking – if we determine that there is smoking in the rooms, we will charge €250 cleaning costs.
• If a smoke alarm goes off due to smoking in the rooms, causing the fire brigade to arrive, the associated costs will be charged to the guests who stayed in the room where the smoke alarm went off.
• Burning candles and/or open fire is not permitted.
• It is not allowed to stay in the room with more people than booked.
• Receiving payment from persons for sexual acts is not permitted.
• The accommodation must be kept clean and tidy.
